Fred Donner on Islamic Origins

Fred Donner, a professor at the University of Chicago, published a book in 2010 titled "Muhammad and the Believers" in which he posits his interpretations of the origins and rise of Islam. While Donner admits that his interpretation is not flawless, the book is a great read..
